I have a high attention to detail, which enables me to precisely compile and log incident reports and daily reports, as well as to learn new things quickly. I can also offer backup, support, and on-call services as needed, ensuring the security system runs more efficiently.  Some of the special skills I have are time management, multitasking, attention to detail, Lenel programming, analysis, assurance, planning, communications, customer service, public speaking, security operations, and fundamental technological challenges. I also like to challenge myself and perform any task to the best of my ability in a variety of settings.

As a Global Security Operations Specialist for two years now, I have experience assisting staff in emergency circumstances, responding to occurrences, and looking into alarms. I successfully monitored CCTV feeds and information screens in a 24/7 setting and have a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of security systems, including access control and alarm monitoring systems. Additionally, I've had certification in risk assessment, and I'm able to identify potential threats from a variety of sources. I am also in charge of keeping an eye on the security and safety of personnel while they are on the road, especially abroad. I was able to offer immediate assistance with any safety and security-related issues, and I received kudos for my ability to maintain composure under pressure. 

I received my Bachelors of Healthcare Adminstration at PIMA Medical Institute in June 2022. In June 2020, I received my Associate of Applied Science at PIMA Medical insitute as well. I also obtain an Associate of Arts and Science at Bellevue College in June, 2016.
