As a former “couch potato” and smoker, group fitness has carved 50 pounds off my frame.

My goal is to lead classes that engage, inspire and motivate participants to become and stay active and healthy, no matter what their age and ability.

  • Started teaching group fitness in 1997 and have been teaching consistently ever since.
  • Owned, operated and managed fitness studio in Maryland for 21 years. Developed a robust and consistent community group fitness program, employing 20+ instructors.
  • Helped develop Active Aging (55+) programming for Ellicott City Senior Center, South Carroll Senior Center and Howard County Parks and Recreation (all in Maryland).
  • LaBlast Fitness Brand Ambassador and 2022 Instructor of the Year - represent LaBlast at trade shows, guiding potential instructors and mentoring. Promoted to LaBlast Master Trainer, 2025.
