I offer over (19) years of proficient underwriting experience. My concentration has been in FHA, conventional, non-QM and reverse mortgage lending. I also have experience in underwriting VA IRRL’s.

During my entire career, I have managed and performed underwriting functions within the mortgage/lending industry. My primary focus centered on risk analytics, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and compliance. I achieved these goals by aligning all activities and underwriting processes with required mandates. I use real-time data collection and analysis to take a proactive versus reactive response to risks and opportunities
I coach and mentor high performance teams and serve as a catalyst for positive change, transformation management, performance excellence, and continuous quality improvement. I establish collaborative working partnerships with all relevant stakeholders to build consensus and support for shared goals.
