I have held six positions, all of which have given me the opportunity to hone my skills and grow in my profession. In my last position as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, I assisted customers with technical issues related to computer hardware, applications, software, and monitoring systems using the ServiceNow ticketing software. I also was promoted by my previous employer thanks to my knowledge, skills, IT certifications and commitment to providing only the highest quality work.
