I am a highly adaptable operations and communications professional with a background spanning nonprofit advancement, executive support, digital marketing, customer service, and small business ownership. Currently, I work at Vassar College supporting advancement and alumni engagement initiatives, where I manage complex calendars, coordinate 150+ meetings annually, run detailed reports, and support fundraising and volunteer strategy tied to multi-million-dollar goals. I have partnered closely with directors and senior leadership, translating data into action while maintaining precision, discretion, and strong follow-through in fast-paced environments.

In parallel, I founded and operate Bodhi Digital Marketing, where I support small and mid-sized businesses through customer outreach, CRM management, cold calling, video and LinkedIn outreach, and systems implementation. Running my own business sharpened my operational mindset and strengthened my ability to communicate clearly with business owners, understand their challenges, and deliver practical solutions. Earlier in my career, I owned and operated a fair-trade organic café in downtown New Paltz, giving me firsthand experience with staffing, vendor management, customer service, and day-to-day business operations.

Across roles, I am known for being organized, reliable, and calm under pressure, with a strong ability to listen, synthesize information, and move initiatives forward. Experience

I am an operations, communications, and business support professional with deep experience across nonprofit administration, higher education advancement, and entrepreneurial digital marketing. Since March 2017, I have supported Frack Action Fund in managing core organizational operations, playing a central role in the day-to-day and long-term stability of the nonprofit. My responsibilities included overseeing accounts receivable and payable, administering health and dental insurance, coordinating payroll, and serving as the primary point of contact with the organization’s bookkeeper, CPA, and the IRS. I also ensured ongoing compliance with Workers’ Compensation and Disability insurance through NYSIF, while managing vendor relationships, grant-related coordination, and donor operations with a high level of discretion and accountability.

Since July 2022, I have worked at Vassar College supporting Advancement and Alumni Engagement. In this role, I manage complex calendars totaling approximately 150 meetings annually, produce time-sensitive reports, and support large-scale alumni and fundraising initiatives involving 2,000+ returning alumni. My work has directly supported volunteer engagement, donor strategy, and operational execution that contributed to the Vassar Fund achieving $9.8M in annual fundraising.

In August 2024, I founded Bodhi Digital Marketing, where I provide customer service, CRM management, outbound sales support, cold calling, and LinkedIn video outreach for service-based businesses. Running my own firm strengthened my ability to operate independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and build scalable systems that support growth, efficiency, and measurable results.

Education

Most recently in December 2025, I've completed the Annual Giving Network's SPACE Certification which is based around fundraising professionals working in higher education. 

I went back to school to SUNY Clinton Community College to learn about renewable energy technology and worked afterwards with both SunCommon and Tesla with both solar farms, ground mounts, and rooftop installations of solar systems. I did not ever actively join any wind turbine companies after learning a bit about the field, but simultaneously, had received my Wind Turbine Tech certificate during that time.

My bachelors many years ago was in Music Industry, where I first got my hands wet with working events and event promotions afterwards with several large promoters.
