Last 18 years :  Processing medical, behavior health and workers compensation claims. Knowledge of statusing claims online with different insurance carriers Website. General knowledge of bundling and unbundling of procedures. Retrieves progress notes and operative reports using Practice Partner Software. Used the Fortis System to obtain different carriers Explanation of Benefits. Verifying Refunds due to overpayments or underpayments. Maintained reports daily and weekly on a Excel spreadsheet. Interact professionally and effectively with providers and insurance carriers. Work closely with coworkers as needed to get claims processed. 

Acts as a liaison between all location and the Healthwell Program. Obtaining authorizations for treatment from the patients PCP
