Titus Miller

I have over 15 years of experience spanning sports leadership, education, and business development. My career began as a collegiate athlete and has evolved into leadership and consulting roles focused on developing athletes, teams, and organizations. As the Founder of B.T.L. (Beyond The Lines) Sports Consulting, I specialize in athlete development, sports branding, NIL education, and leadership strategy—helping individuals and programs reach their full potential on and off the field.

In addition to my consulting work, I serve as Director of Basketball Operations for Spanky’s Gourmet Fundraising, where I partner with athletic programs to create fundraising and community engagement strategies. My background also includes experience as a Physical Education Teacher, designing K–8 fitness and leadership curriculum that promotes wellness, teamwork, and discipline.

Beyond sports, I’m an entrepreneur with a strong foundation in business and financial education, having led initiatives that teach credit, business funding, and wealth-building strategies. Currently pursuing my Doctorate in Global Sports Leadership at East Tennessee State University, I’m passionate about combining my experience in sports, business, and education to empower others to lead with purpose and achieve lasting success.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Wingate University, where I was a two-time All-SAC basketball selection and team MVP. I earned my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, which strengthened my foundation in strategic leadership, marketing, and organizational management. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Global Sports Leadership (Ed.D.) at East Tennessee State University, focusing on leadership, athlete development, and the global impact of the sports industry.
