  Led and oversaw an outsourced facilities provider, strategically managing a $5 million budget to achieve key operational and financial objectives. 

 Collaborated cross-functionally with Engineering and Project Management to drive successful completion of diverse capital projects, delivering 75% within budget and scope.

  Strengthened collaboration with the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team, embedding safe work practices and compliance standards across all sites.
