About Tim Kao:

I have the privilege of leading an amazing team of data scientists focused on providing insights and analysis to improve outcomes and performance for the Navy and Marine Corps. Using design thinking and agile methods to regularly iterate through technical data solutions with operational military experts, the team identifies high leverage drivers for performance improvement through machine learning, statistical analysis, simulation, and optimization techniques.
