Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles in program management, production operations, and business unit management, overseeing large-scale projects, plant-wide efficiency initiatives, and capital investments.

As the founder of Muskokan Consulting LLC, I specialize in project management, digital transformation, and energy monitoring solutions, helping companies optimize processes, implement Industry 4.0 technologies, and reduce operational costs. My expertise includes lean manufacturing, MES development, P&L management, and enterprise-wide process improvements.

Previously, I spent over two decades at Magna International, where I led engineering programs, production teams, and business units, successfully launching new products, improving operational efficiency, and managing multi-million-dollar projects. My recent work includes consulting on industrial energy monitoring and analysis to support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives.
