Over the past two decades, I’ve built a career at the intersection of customer experience, program development, and operational leadership—always with a focus on clarity, connection, and measurable impact.

As the founder of 1st & Ten Industries, I grew a thriving membership community from the ground up, delivering 250+ hours of training, boosting retention, and building partnerships that expanded our reach nationwide. I love transforming complex ideas into accessible learning, elevating customer journeys, and creating systems that empower both teams and clients to succeed.

My background spans aerospace, SaaS, education, and community programs, but the through‑line is simple: I help people and organizations communicate better, operate smarter, and build trust that lasts.

Experience

I’m a seasoned customer experience and program leadership professional with a career built on elevating how people learn, connect, and engage. I’ve led community‑driven programs, strengthened customer journeys, and built operational systems that help teams deliver with clarity and consistency. As a founder, I created a thriving membership community and developed training experiences that blended education, strategy, and real‑world application.

Before launching my own organization, I supported major accounts in aerospace, serving as the voice of the customer and managing complex relationships, forecasts, and executive‑level communication. My earlier roles in account management, technical support, renewals, and customer service gave me a strong foundation in problem‑solving, relationship building, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Across every chapter of my career, I’ve been driven by a commitment to service, continuous improvement, and creating environments where people feel supported and empowered to succeed.

Education

I earned both my Bachelor’s in Communication Studies and my Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus. My academic work strengthened my foundation in leadership, strategic communication, and organizational development—skills that directly support the way I design programs, lead teams, and create meaningful learning experiences.
