I am a dedicated administrative and program support professional with experience in higher education, social services, and office management. As a Wright State University alumna with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a current graduate student in Social Work at Ohio University, I bring a strong understanding of student services, program coordination, and client-focused support. My background includes managing office operations, coordinating schedules and communications, overseeing payroll and budgeting, and maintaining accurate records while working with diverse populations. Known for my organization, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, I am passionate about creating efficient systems and supporting teams so they can achieve their goals.

Over the past decade, I have built a strong background in administrative support, program coordination, and client-focused services across higher education and social service settings. I currently serve as Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at Buford Counseling Association, managing office operations, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and records for diverse clients. Previously, I gained experience in higher education administration at Central State University, supporting student services, enrollment management, and event coordination. My career also includes leadership roles in customer service and home healthcare, where I honed skills in communication, reliability, and collaboration. This combination of administrative expertise, organizational skills, and experience with diverse populations enables me to contribute effectively in program management, operational support, and student-centered roles.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wright State University, where I developed a strong foundation in human behavior, counseling principles, and research methodology. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work at Ohio University, further enhancing my knowledge of clinical practices, program coordination, and supporting diverse populations in educational and community settings.
