Energetic teaching professional with the experience and talent to create an eager and active classroom and the ability to teach the fundamentals, enhance students’ academic skills, and sufficiently prepare them for state assessments and the working world. Possesses exceptional communication and inter-personal skills and has demonstrated strong leadership ability to work collaboratively with students and colleagues to meet challenging targets. Seeking to leverage experience and skills to assist company to reach targeted sales goals through engaging and persuasive product promotion and demonstration.

Have spent the last 30+ years teaching high school science, primarily biology, to 9th and 10th grade students. Classes which require students to pass a state-issued final examination necessary for graduation in the state of Texas. Curriculum must follow state standards and teachers must be certified in their teaching fields through the state of Texas. All teachers must maintain accurate attendance and grade records for each student, and must present these records to district administration at the conclusion of each academic year. 

I have also spent 35 years as a varsity football coach prior to and during my time as a science teacher. A total of ten years were spent as a high school varsity defensive coordinator responsible for developing, teaching, and implementing with the coaching staff, weekly defensive schemes during the football season. 

Pursuing and attaining my Masters in Science in Educational Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso.
