I am a 38 + year veteran of hospitality in Private Clubs, Hotels, and Catering properties. I look to balance the thirst for knowledge with participating in the formulation of on-going training collateral. I enjoy companies that believe in people inclusive centric philosophies. I strain in finding the balance between being conspicuous for member engagement, that is so informative on many levels while still being diligent with satisfying administrative responsibilities.
I encourage managers to find a harmonious work-life balance that will better the company as well as their private life.
