I am not your typical financial analyst. I like data. But I also like people. I enjoy digging through the numbers and forming a clear analytical picture that my audience can use in its decision-making. I have been providing this analysis and solutions in the areas of sales and finance for over 20 years. I am just as comfortable talking data, variances and all that other good stuff to those on the production line as I am to those in the executive boardroom. Unafraid to tackle any project or problem, I also enjoy learning the processes that will solve it. It is important for me to be generous with my knowledge, to be open to new ideas and to be a collaborative force that will further a company's goals, and it doesn't hurt that I can diffuse a tense workplace with humor. Project Manager, 2009 – 2016

Analyzed performance and deployment of 120K+ railcars worldwide, with a multi-billion-dollar book value. Presented results to corporate management and C-level executives. Transacted 2 separate multi-year new railcar supply agreements, equivalent to 3K railcars and a $3B investment. Scrutinized and generated 20+ salesforce compensation reports. 

Prepared and completed budget and forecast templates for railcar fundings of more than $100M.

Examined, established and produced monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting of a new $275M debt facility in alliance with Treasury Department and under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Acted as the point person for all information regarding financial analysis of all GATX railcars, and distributed information to auditing firms, credit agencies and financial corporations.

Served on Philanthropy Leadership Committee, analyzing and determining allocation of GATX funds. Personally mentored inner-city elementary school students and volunteered in GATX community outreach programs, including physically reconditioning insolvent schools.
