Teya Mischaikov

I am committed to producing quality work, executing my high work ethic, and bringing thoughtful, intentional value to purpose-driven workplaces with missions to bring impact and meaning to the lives of others. 

I have experience in management, administration, marketing, social media, quality control/assurance, commercial fishing and processing, and customer service. I have held many jobs that require high levels of efficiency in fast-paced environments, which has required me to creatively and quickly solve problems without sacrificing quality work. Throughout my various industries and positions I have worked with a wide array of people and sharpened my skills on leadership, collaboration, and being a team player. My volunteer and internship experiences have also shed light on societal, systemic, and mental health issues which has given me a valuable perspective that I carry with me to my professional work. I am passionate about creating impact in the world of mental health through psychedelics.

I graduated with my Bachelors of Business Administration, International Business, from the University of San Diego, where I also completed two study abroad programs in Madrid, Spain and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
