About Terri Geyen:

I’m a versatile and results-driven professional with over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare, combined with a strong foundation in customer service from my early career in the travel industry. I began my journey as a Flight Attendant with Eastern Airlines, where I spent three years mastering the art of communication, adaptability, and delivering exceptional experiences under pressure.

Transitioning into healthcare, I’ve led high-performing teams in Medicare and Medicaid operations, most recently as Manager of Healthcare Services at Molina Healthcare of Texas. I specialize in building collaborative environments, mentoring future leaders, and driving operational excellence. Whether in the air or on the ground, my passion for service, team development, and exceeding expectations has remained constant.

Experience

I am a seasoned healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in Medicare and Medicaid operations, specializing in team development, customer service, and process improvement. As Manager of Healthcare Services at Molina Healthcare of Texas, she led high-performing teams, launched a new outreach Care Manager unit ahead of schedule, and consistently drove member access to care. Terri is a servant leader known for motivating teams and fostering collaboration across departments. Her expertise spans Salesforce, Genesys Telephony, EPIC, CRM, QNXT, and Clinical Care Advance. In my early career, prior to healthcare, she spent three years in the travel industry as a Flight Attendant where she honed her communication and customer service skills in fast-paced environments.

Education

In 2017 I attended Houston Community College to obtain a certificate in Human Resources. This was to not only understand the hiring process, but also to get a clear understanding of HR practices, evolving trends and work models. Certified HR leaders contribute to better employee engagement and are more effective understanding polices driven by the Human Resource Department.
