Before this, at Best Buy, I worked as a Verizon Expert and Apple Master of Mobility, keeping my team informed about carrier promotions and new phone and other device launches. I’ve also served as a Mobile Sales Consultant, where I handled setting up carrier contracts, activating mobile devices, and addressed customer concerns. My experience at Starbucks involved managing the business aspect such as cash handling and inventory management as well as food and beverage preparation as a Shift Supervisor and Barista. At the beginning of my career I worked as a Server at the Floatation Device, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.
