My career spans over 15 years, during which I have developed and led training programs for large teams, managed compliance with industry standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, and driven continuous improvement initiatives.

I also hold a Certificate in Human Performance Improvement from ATD (2022), as well as training in Variation and Control Charts and certifications as a Quality Process Analyst and Quality Improvement Associate from ASQ.
