I am new to transcribing but I am eager to work. I have been a bartender/server for a very long time and looking to get into a new line of work. I am willing to learn and am a quick learner. I am smart and good at quick thinking when an issue arises. I am great at problem solving and am able to help calm down a situation when emotions are running high. 

I have been a bartender/server for a long time and have gained the experience on how to keep a customer happy. Make sure their order comes to them in an accurate and timely manner. With this type of work you have to be fast on your feet, be a quick problem solver, be good at remembering orders down to the smallest detail and be able to manage multiple different personalities from your customers to your coworkers. I also worked/interned at a veterinary clinic where you had to be empathetic silently, had to be knowledgeable and good with clients when emotions are running high. You also have to be able to take orders and be fast on your feet in times where you need to pay attention to detail. These are times during surgeries all the way to a simple check-up. 

I have graduated with an associate's degree in general studies. I am currently looking to further my education for a bachelor's degree in business and minor in marketing as well as getting my real estate licensing.
