Tawnya Bond

Always finding ways to improve myself in all ways. I take on challenges to improve my skill sets and understanding of more things going on in the workplace. I work well with others and enjoy working as a team or alone if need be. I'm responsible and take accountability. 

I have worked in the manufacturing industry for 5 years and 3 years of that time in the Quality Department. I inspected boats for any defects and documenting all findings. Performed audits with the Quality department as well as corporate. I monitored standard processes. Attended daily meetings; conducted my own meeting for my department, to discuss any issues that arise in any department and collaborate ideas to improve the situation. I understand the importance of documentation.

Oct. 2004 to Dec. of 2005 I attended Vatterott College in Joplin, MO. I graduated with a certificate in Medical Office Assistant.

Aug. 2011 to Dec. 2014 I attended Pittsburg State University majoring in Technical/Professional Writing with a Minor in Creative Writing. 36 hours for BA. Not currently attending.
