About TaShambra Williams:
I am an inspiring IT professional. I recently obtained my Google IT support certificate through Merit America and I have a Bachelor's in Computer Science. IT skills I developed are troubleshooting, networking, operating systems, systems administration, and IT Security. I have over 5 years of customer service in the food and retail industries mainly working at Amazon. Learning programming languages in college and being responsible for fulfilling customers' orders in a timely fashion taught me a lot about optimization. I like to search for ways to improve any system contributing to everyday life. Because of this, I am pursuing a career in IT hoping to blend my customer service skills, computer science knowledge, and critical thinking skills into the world of technology.
