I’m a very friendly, motivated person who absolutely loves creating the right learning for the people that need it. Spreading confidence and knowledge in a thoughtful and engaging way makes for a great experience for everyone.
I have 7 years of talent management experience, utilizing ADDIE in an Agile process, leaning
into design thinking (certified in 2016). I also have a BS in Visual Effects and Motion Graphics,
minoring in Graphic Design. I have over 10 years’ experience in L&D: Creating training that is
instructor-led, self-led, as well as facilitating. I create training for software, products, onboarding,
curriculum, training programs, and talent management programs. Before becoming a learning
experience designer, I was a multimedia and interactive designer.
I regularly work with LMS programs, using a Saas product (Wisetail, Cornerstone and more),
Adobe CC and Camtasia (creating graphics and video content), Canva for team sharing LMS
designs, remotely recording and editing video, as well as self-narrated or AI voiceover creation
and editing, Articulate (Storyline and Rise AI mainly), and use Microsoft and Google Forms, as
well as Smartsheet to create dashboards and track practical evaluations.
