Overall Responsibilities - helping agencies improve their efficiency, growth and profit through accurate data gathering, thorough analysis and valuable recommendations. Perform quality assurance to maintain the integrity of the data. Provide social media technical assistance based on client’s environmental strategies. Perform internet research on various sites and manage all information.

Data Entry Responsibilities - Perform or oversee data management processes including data entry, data quality checking, data coding, 3rd party data reconciliation, data transfer, reporting and archiving. Co-ordinate and monitor in-gathering data and resolving queries to meet contracted requirements in a timely manner. Utilize reports & data tools to track progress to ensure timeliness and quality expectations are met.

Evaluation Responsibilities - Develop evaluation plans based on grantee, in conjunction with the evaluation manager and program staff. Provide monthly or quarterly progress reports on the implementation of the evaluation (written or in person). Attend program staff meetings, evaluation advisory board or coordinating committee meetings.

Train data collectors and staff - Participant/case selections; Using data collection instruments; Data quality assurance; Ensure adherence to ethical standards adherence (confidentiality of data) during all phases of the evaluation; Implement of oversee implementation of data collection through interviewing program staff / program participants; Conducting focus groups; Observing service delivery activities; Reviewing participant case records; Developing data management procedures and tools; Coding, entering, and cleaning data; Analyzing data; Write interim (quarterly, biannual, yearly) evaluation reports and the final evaluation report; Present findings to program staff and others in the organization; and Present findings at meetings and conferences.

Approximate rate: USD$ 50 per hour

Administrative Assistant of Programs - Plan meetings and conference calls, maintain electronic calendars and schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, provide word processing and other document preparation support, Provide back-up to other administrative assistants, assist Executive Director and Deputy Directors in federal, state and private grant proposals, create program operation manuals, newsletters and brochures.
