• Remodel mobile homes.  Repair the walls, paint and clean the homes after the repairs are done.
• Work with the park manager to check the homes for repairs.
• Submit bids for repairs and invoices.  Follow up with the manager to see if they have any questions or concerns.
• Helped the maintenance men if possible.

• Enter customer’s PO.  Communicated with them to make sure the PO was correct.
• Worked with different departments to make sure the material was produced correctly and on time.
• Communicated with the customer to advise them of the ETA and to get the material loaded in a timely manner.
• Worked on claims directly with the customer.
• Sold the excess/secondary material.
• Worked with the Sales Manager and Outside Sales to enter the contracts in the system.   
• Trained Inside Sales and Customer Service.

• Answered incoming calls from customers.
• I first did COD moves then was assigned to Account Manager and worked with different companies.
• Entered PO’s and called the customer prior to the moving day, the day of moving and while the items were enroute.
