procedures. Follow Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Demonstrate exceptional ability to work positively and
favorably with patients, families, and staff. Perform initial home care patient visit and evaluate the patients’ needs and
progress on a weekly basis. Initiate the plan of care in detailed format in coordination with physician approval and
