I’m a Bioinformatics scientist with 8 years of software and tool developing experiences using Python, R, and shell scripting, and over 5 years in developing algorithms and pipelines for large NGS datasets. I’ve led 4 publications, participated in 3 collaborative projects with wet bench scientists, and 2 conference presentations.

My projects include genome assembly, multi-omics data analysis, and gene sequence clustering. Through these projects, I have gained substantial experience in data visualization, machine learning, and statistical analysis.

I am also proficient in High-Performance Computing (HPC), Cloud computing, Nextflow, and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
