Lead BSA for streamlining a large-scaled implementation and migration project to process EDI claims and real-time inquiry transactions (835, 837I, 837P, 277, 270, 271, and 276).

Produced a BRD and closely worked with business users and SMEs to bridge any gaps to provide solutions for implementing a new EDI Gateway with a router service for IBX.

Facilitate Brainstorming, JAD, Interviews, and Focus Groups sessions with key stakeholders.

Extracted Trading Partner claim submission data through Cognos and review it with the BTS team.

Critically engage with MuleSoft Developers and the Test Data Manager to prepare a Master Test Strategy for the QA Team.

Served as a SME and liaison between the DTS (Data Transformation Solutions) and the business workstream, ensuring that large and small scaled projects get, implemented, and configured, so that it meets the Definition of Done (DoD).

Utilized IBM, RTC, and Agility to create Capabilities, Epics, Features, Business and Developer User Stories, Enablers, Impediments, and Acceptance Criteria’s.

Engage with the Agile Team during Scrum ceremonies.

Utilized Cognos to pull end-user automation activity and review it with the DEV Team.

Extensively utilized Cherwell to monitor strategic initiatives, market driven enhancement, and production support

requests.

Review external entity and product area data, such as Host Names, Folder Paths, File Names, File Sizes, Server names,

APP IDs, User IDs, PGP/GPG keys from an inbound and outbound PUSH or PULL perspective.

Facilitate elicitation requirement sessions such as Interviews, Workshops, Walkthroughs, Focus Groups, and

Observations with IT business users from different product areas and provide high-level deliverables.

Utilized Splunk and SQL Server, “Toad” to validate and extract queries to better streamline the Development and

Design phase of the project.

Performed system testing and validation of SFTP directories in all environments on behalf of internal stakeholders.

Lead BA that implemented and streamlined a group insurance migration project that involved the Department of

Health and Human Services to develop and store data into an all-payer claims database for a vital Trading Partner.
