Sushen is a passionate and dedicated student and professional with many skills spanning different fields and industries. As someone who is goal-oriented, Sushen has made it a point to build strong communication and team skills to build valuable relationships and help teams reach their goals. Sushen is a Computer Science student with expertise in data science and software engineering with a wide range of projects and languages in his toolkit. He is also passionate about freelance and open-source software, which is why he has built Yamuna Software Solutions, a freelance company specializing in working on open-source projects that make an impact.

Used Python, PostgreSQL, SAS, and ETL (Kafka) to automate truck fault data mining tasks by 300% to run analytics. Used Pandas and NumPy to clean and analyze real-time truck fault data from the Volvo Group Telematics platform. Implemented machine learning algorithms like LSTM, clustering, and regression (TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-learn) to make 60% more accurate predictions about truck maintenance intervals. Interfaced with the SAS Viya cloud platform for data mining and visualization, using Matplotlib, Power BI, and Power Automate. Worked in an Agile environment with Jira, Confluence, and Git.

Graduated in 2024 from Virginia Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.
