As a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist, I bring a deep understanding of CRM systems and a proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 projects, from initial design through to deployment and optimization. With a Master’s in Technology Management and several years of hands-on experience, I’ve developed a strong skill set in customizing Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs, using tools like Power Platform, JavaScript, C#, and .NET.
 

At Delta Airlines, I worked as a  D365 Developer, focusing on process optimization, system enhancements, and data management within the Microsoft ecosystem. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, configure Dynamics 365 solutions, and integrate Power Platform tools like Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline workflows. My role involved troubleshooting system issues, enhancing data visibility through SharePoint and Power BI, and ensuring seamless user adoption through training and documentation. This experience strengthened my expertise in business process automation, stakeholder management, and leveraging Microsoft technologies for operational efficiency.
