My name is Stryker, but you may hear me called "Moosey".

This nickname comes from a diet journey I embarked on five years ago, leading me to a healthier lifestyle and, unexpectedly, to my partner in crime. During this transformation from burgers with cheese to greens and beans, a colleague humorously dubbed me “cow” and “beef non-patty.” To say this was an irritation is an understatement; I’ve never been that furious before. One day, I got annoyed enough to ask them out, and this playful banter sparked a connection that blossomed into a partnership with the most caring and kind individual I could ever imagine, leading me to embrace my name, “Moosey.”

Life hands you lemons, but it’s better to call it a gift. My ‘Lemon gift’ is not about turning negatives into positives, but transforming them into my strengths. This ‘not-so-secret’ ingredient has flavored my life with resilience and optimism.

In my resume, you’ll see that five years ago I jumped from an acclaimed National Team Lead to software engineering, a passion that I held with my grandfather— but a story for another time. What I realized is that I bring to the table the skills of cross-functional team collaboration, effective communication, and leadership to a role that is typically compartmentalized. I bring a positive attitude, with the sole aim to learn and to aspire to be better, with an eye for building projects with the big picture in mind, while still focusing on the important details.

• Collaborated with a team to migrate Human Resource, customer and employee data, and fleet management systems to proprietary Full Stack App.  Utilized Node.js and Express and MangoDB for scalable backend with over 1,000 employees and over 3 million clients. This migration enhanced data security and system integration by centralizing HR, customer data, and fleet management within a proprietary system
• Developed in-house solutions for employee/client management systems, reducing third-party costs over 50%. Built system with React/Redux for efficient data manipulation across multiple permission levels, AWS for bulk photo implementation and MangoDB for fast operations for techs to interact with profiles on the job site
• Improved client relations by refactoring an internal review system and designed user-friendly pages for technician profiles and Real-Time Communication with the office or technician, boosting customer satisfaction and increasing positive Google Reviews. Client retention after bad interaction increased 36% within the first year of implementation.
