Stivaly Maldonado

I am a creative dedicated to seamlessly merging the delicate nuances of fine art with the robust, more technical aspects of industrial design. Motivated by learning and growth, I am continuously improving my skillset through academia, creative workshops, and valuable networking experiences. Recently obtaining a BS in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University.

With a strong background in digital and physical experience design, I have worked on large-scale installations, including LED lightbar displays at Wabash train station and interactive VIP lounges at Open Sauce 2024. Using CAD, Figma, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, I developed user-centered prototypes, high-fidelity 3D models, and digital signage solutions to enhance engagement and brand presence in high-traffic environments. Additionally, I have led brand marketing initiatives, implementing strategic UI/UX design, content strategy, and data-driven storytelling.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University, where I developed a strong foundation in human-centered design, prototyping, and digital fabrication. My studies focused on UI/UX principles, 3D modeling, and interdisciplinary collaboration, equipping me with the skills to create innovative and functional design solutions. Throughout my time at SFSU, I worked on projects that combined aesthetic appeal with practical usability, emphasizing sustainability, emerging technologies, and user experience.
