With over 8 years of experience in the security industry, I currently serve as the Central Station Supervisor for DGA Security Systems, where I lead a team of 18 operators. My role encompasses overseeing critical functions such as customer escalations, emergency dispatch, payroll, scheduling, training, and case management. I bring extensive expertise across a range of security technologies, including Security Systems, Fire Systems, Card Access Systems, and CCTV. As a proven leader, I am passionate about fostering team stability, optimizing operations, and driving positive client experiences. I am eager to apply my leadership and technical knowledge to a role where I can make a lasting, strategic impact.

As a Central Station Supervisor at DGA Security Systems, I manage critical security operations, ensuring timely alarm response, dispatching emergency services, and overseeing client communications. My expertise includes troubleshooting security system issues, training teams, and coordinating service technicians to address urgent customer needs. Additionally, my experience with security and fire alarm systems, card access systems, and video surveillance has provided me with the technical knowledge essential to excel in security management. 

Another passion of mine is Food & Hospitality. I currently hold a degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management.
