Results driven IT professional with extensive experience in the design, implementation, and

support of enterprise Data Centers.  I am looking for an opportunity that enables me to

use my experiences and apply them in a new and exciting manner.  I am a self-starter and enjoy being challenged.  My ability to identify opportunities and promote process and standards within a Data Center is one of my greatest strengths.

• Troubleshoot and assist with high level troubleshooting of various devices such as Routers, Switches, Servers, and Network Storage.
• Replace all hardware that has gone bad in the various device and any cabling issues that arise.
• Create and map cable runs between the various devices using Fiber Optic and UTP wires.
• Install and remove various devices into and out of Network Rack throughout the data center. Various other Rack and Stack duties such as labeling cables, securing wires, etc.
• Configured IP addresses, date/time, serial numbers, and used flash drive to restore computer configurations on devices that had part replacements
• Assist in warehouse duties by receiving materials/equipment and staging them in appropriate places, as well as creating shipping labels, boxing, and scheduling pickups for items
• Searching, updating, and closing tickets in Service Now system for all tasks assigned. Utilizing Service Now to look up various information concerning devices
