Currently serving as Director of Facility Services at Methodist University Hospital (Memphis, TN), a 600+ bed Level I trauma and transplant center, he oversees a multimillion-dollar operating budget and a team responsible for all building systems, utilities, and life-safety compliance across the campus. In this role, he has:

•  Achieved $800,000+ in annual energy savings and secured $1.3 million in utility incentives through comprehensive energy-optimization and retro-commissioning programs.

•  Led successful Joint Commission surveys with zero findings in the Environment of Care and Life Safety chapters for multiple consecutive cycles.

•  Implemented predictive maintenance strategies, advanced building automation upgrades, and sustainability initiatives that significantly reduced downtime and operational costs.
