- Led the acquisition and integration of Genesis Plastics Welding, an Indiana based manufacturing company with $8MM in top line sales.
- Restructured the company’s banking debt as part of the acquisition.
- Implemented a new ERP system (Infor) for one of the company’s prior acquisitions in Geneva, IL.

Led all finance, accounting, treasury, risk management, information technology, real estate, operations, installation, and manufacturing for this 48-year-old $65MM privately held Steelcase Office Furniture Dealership.
- Negotiated the sale of bkm Total Office of Texas to Tangram Interiors. Prepared all financial reports including audited financials, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, depreciation schedules, customer agreements, employee agreements and customer revenue and margin statements.
- Implemented AI technology to streamline accounts payable, vendor acknowledgements, check requests, accounts receivable and order processing. Processes saved $225k in labor costs annually. Collaborated with 10+ dealerships including Steelcase to replicate throughout each respective organization.
- Implemented a new ERP System – NetSuite in collaboration with Hedberg.
- Established relationship with a new health benefits broker; guiding the selection of market leading benefit plans, claims administration and employee wellness. Overall savings of $300k versus the prior year.
- Assumed oversight of Operations including Project Management, Installation, Warehouse and Scheduling in March 2020.
- Oversaw bkm Studio a $3.5MM manufacturer of ancillary items; including conference room tables, credenzas, workstations, and banquettes. Developed a proprietary furniture product line for mid-market companies.
- Led the implementation of the following ERP’s: Salesforce, NetSuite & multiple Hedberg Upgrades.
- Developed process & procedures to manage AIA billing to meet customer requirements through Procore.
- Developed and negotiated contracts with vended labor including installation, design, and manufacturing. Recognized savings of $150k annually.
