Stephen Perna

Hello, I am a 32 year old Philadelphia native who has spent the better part of the last decade working as a Real Estate professional across multiple sectors.  While the Real Estate industry has been very good to me, I have reached the point where I would like to start exploring other professional avenues and opportunities.   What excites me is the opportunity to develop working, as well as personal, relationships with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.  As an English graduate from Temple University, I pride myself on my ability to connect and communicate through the written word.  

I have been working as a Real Estate broker within the Philadelphia office market for the last three years.  My time in Real Estate has given me an extensive knowledge of the city landscape, and has not only sharpened my verbal and written communication skills, but has also given me an inside look at the operations of many of our cities most prominent industries such as non-profit, medical, educational, and service oriented industries.  

I hold a bachelors degree in English from Temple University.
