Stephanie Rodriguez

I am currently a 4th year marketing student at the University of Florida, with a double minor in mass communications and public relations. I am the Vice President of Social Impact for the American Marketing Association at UF, and am also an ambassador for Student Government Productions. In AMA, my responsibilities include arranging all of our social and service events for the year to ensure our members get the most enriching experience they can out of our organization.

In the past, I have worked with a local start up company in Gainesville called Intersect Health, where I got my first taste of real world consulting and marketing. This last summer I worked as a marketing intern for ESPN West Palm. This has given me hands-on experience in radio, content creation, sales, sports, and events. I am now searching for a marketing position in the entertainment industry after graduation in May.

ESPN West Palm: Marketing Intern 

• Produced 10+ Youtube Shorts and Instagram Reels that garnered 5k+ views across platforms
• Worked closely with VP of Marketing to create 25+ graphics and thumbnails for different events on Instagram and Youtube
• Helped lead and coordinate 10 marketing events at local venues, driving brand awareness and community engagement
• Assisted in the production and promotional materials of 3 different radio shows, both in English and Spanish

Intersect Healthcare Systems: Marketing Intern

• Organized new marketing strategy project with 3 different digital marketing tactics to help Intersect succeed in the growing healthcare industry
• Conducted competitive analysis to aid Intersect in differentiating from their top 3 competitors 
• Effectively communicated performance to internal team members, while providing actionable insights to fix Intersect’s current business model
• Created a 60 slide deck presentation and conducted industry analysis to provide strategic recommendations

I will be graduating in May 2025 from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, with a double minor in Mass Communications and Public Relations.
