I’m a strategic operations leader dedicated to improving and streamlining processes, as well as fostering collaborative leadership.  I lead efforts to promote and elevate our Affiliate Services business—developing infrastructure to support growth, training managers and staff, and ensuring all systems align with compliance and excellence.

With a focus on efficiency and customer experience, I gather insights from leadership and staff to optimize internal processes, track and secure new business opportunities, and execute high-impact projects that reinforce organizational policies and strengthen stakeholder trust. Over 20 years of experience as the Director of the Center for Diversified Government Solutions (aka Affiliate Services Center)at MPHI, I developed strong expertise in administrative leadership, strategic planning, and operational management within complex state and federal grant requirements. Throughout my tenure, I have successfully expanded resources to support MPHI operations, analyzed industry trends to forecast growth, and proactively collaborated with leadership to align internal processes with evolving needs. My ability to balance strategic objectives with operational complexities allows me to effectively manage evolving regulatory requirements and improve system-wide efficiencies. I take pride in fostering a collaborative work environment built on shared decision-making, transparent communication, and team empowerment—qualities that enable the creation of high-performing, mission-driven teams.

I went to Michigan State University where I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics and a Master's of Science in Distance Education.
