Experience
I have extensive experience in customer service inhouse and to the public, including face to face with customers as well as call centers. I have worked as a direct contact for numerous companies at one time. I have coordinated meetings, set up continuing education classes for medical staff. All positions include preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly statistical reports.
Education
I worked for 7 years with Internal Revenue Service in the audit department with requires very careful review of documentation, math, security of materials. In my 20 years with ADP I assisted clients with payroll preparation and successfully processing of payroll. At Flex Ed I worked with 15 different hospitals to assist in coordinating continuing education for their medical staff. This included determination of types of class, size of classes, and location.
