As a premier employer, Staff Now Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our vibrant team as Warehouse Associates at our state-of-the-art distribution centre. Our Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role in the seamless processing and efficient shipment of outbound orders.

Responsibilities:
1. Order Preparation: Execute the loading, packing, wrapping, labelling, and shipping of orders by established schedules.
2. Stock Processing: Receive and process warehouse stock products through picking, unloading, labelling, and proper storage.
3. Work Environment Maintenance: Uphold a clean and safe workspace while optimizing the utilization of available space.
4. Inventory Management: Consistently complete diary logs into inventory, promptly reporting any discrepancies.
5. Communication and Cooperation: To ensure smooth operations, foster effective communication and cooperation with supervisors and colleagues.
6. Equipment Management: Operate and proactively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment for optimal functionality.
7. Compliance: Adhere to quality service standards and comply with established procedures, rules, and regulations.

Position Requirements:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Physical Ability: Capability to repetitively lift to 45 lbs.
3. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Communication Skills: Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience: At least one year of warehouse experience.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using RF scanners or other barcode scanning systems.
3. Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service roles.
