10 + years of progressive FP&A, Managerial Accounting, Data Analytics experience at premier F-500 - Amazon & Cargill (6 yrs), smaller pre-IPO/ PE backed & medium sized companies (8 yrs), both leading teams & as an Individual Contributor.

Built the FP&A function (Long Range, Annual Operating & Monthly Risk & Opportunity Plans) from scratch & owned the complete P&L function including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews, variance analysis, & KPI tracking. (Spreetail & EnviroTech) and scaled the existing FP&A Function at Cargill, reducing 25% planning cycle time, increasing forecast accuracy by 15% using driver based adaptive planning and applied ML, while automating storytelling decks and ensuring high explainability and facilitating decision making ability.
