 • Digital Asset Stewardship: Sole proprietor and manager of the entire video production media library, ensuring robust asset governance, consistency, and adherence to industry best practices.

 • Platform Consolidation: Led the successful transition of video content from Vimeo to Frame.IO by auditing legacy assets (dating back to 2017), downloading final versions, and migrating them in accordance with established digital asset standards. • AEM Integration: Collaborated with the BX photography team to facilitate the transition to an AEM Digital Asset Management system, assisting in metadata schema structuring and integrating the complete video library.

 • Legacy Asset Consolidation: Audited over 100 TB of back catalog media, purged redundancies, and ingested remaining assets into a centralized media server optimizing storage, increasing server bandwidth, and streamlining workflows. Operational Management & Daily Workflows

 • Asset Ingest & Cataloging: Oversaw the daily intake and ingest of raw video assets (totaling over 500 TB in 3.5 years), ensuring accurate cataloging and seamless distribution via platforms such as Vimeo, Frame.IO, and Box. • Tracked and managed media for an average of 5-20 shoots per week.

 • Enabled delivery of 2400+ videos annually • Workflow Optimization: Developed a streamlined logging process for assistant editors to track ingested media, empowering rapid footage retrieval and efficient screening for best takes.
