     I am a self-motivated, result oriented, digital transformation leader and 6X AWS Certified software professional with 18+ years’ experience in DevOps, Multi Cloud Hosting, Data Analytics, Networking, Security and Automation. 

I have experience in multiple domains and have led Delivery team that has built and maintained numerous production service applications, CI/CD pipelines, automation framework etc. 

 

I have a proven track record of working with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver software that scales and delights customers. I have a passion and experience in hiring and growing talented developers and productive teams and lead them in building complex software systems while staying directly connected to the technical details.

 

As a manager, I am on very hands on and believe in leading by example. I like to ensure my team is working on appropriate business priorities and encourage them to think independently and execute on their ideas. I believe in continuous learning and to that effect, I always strive for the latest certification as a validation of my skills & experience. I keep myself always updated on technology and continuously like being on the know-how.
