About SOPHIE ASMUSSEN:

I have worked in the customer service industry for over 35 years.  I am extremely confident and comfortable working with customers/patients.  My experience ranges from retail, hospital/ER admissions, para educator with special needs children.  

I am a military widow with veterans status.

I worked for Mid Valley Hospital in Omak, WA for 3 years as an Admitter/Patient Account Representative.

I worked for JCPenney for 4 years.  I worked in customer service, as a shift supervisor and in charge of the shoe department. 

For 4 years I owned my own thrift store.  I sold my business after the pandemic.

I am a High School Graduate.  I have taken classes through Worksource in computer science and Microsoft Office Suite.
