Sophia Frausto

Hello! My names Sophia. I’ve currently worked for Red Robin for 8 years as of August. i’ve been in management for 4 of those years. I started as a host and moved up the line and learned the Front and the Back of house and eventually became a Salaried Manager and have loved it the last 2 years! I do all things data entry for our store including putting in labor money and hours, I take care of all accounts payable and putting in invcoices, I plug in sales for last year and for the current year in spreadsheets. We have A LOT of spreadsheets that we fill out and its honestly my favorite part of the job! 

My first job ever was at a Zaxbys at 15 and have worked ever since! I worked there for about 3 years before i moved onto Red Robin and have been here for the last 8! Worked as both a cook and cashier at Zaxbys and have worked as a host, server, togo specialist, line cook, shift supervisor and Salaried Kitchen Manager for Red Robin.

Graduated Highschool in 2017 and started ACC classes in business but unfortunately didn’t make enough to keep going to school so had to stop going.
