I bring 10+ years of applied research experience across academia, consulting, and the U.S. federal government (USAID), with strength in end-to-end study design, usability testing, interviews/focus groups, survey strategy, and statistical analysis. My work sits at the intersection of technology and society: trust, adoption, safety, and how people actually use digital services in real-world environments.
