I am well-versed in the Page Object Model using Page Factory and have experience in identifying correct GUI elements using various Selenium Locators to create automation scripts. Additionally, I have proficiency in writing and executing test cases using BDD Cucumber with Gherkin. In addition, I have performed shift-left regression testing using Playwright.

During test verifications and troubleshooting, I have utilized tools such as Splunk, New Relic, and Putty for log gathering. Moreover, I have a strong foundation in testing customer service-related functionalities on the Salesforce platform, with a good understanding of both Sales and Service Cloud.
