• Implemented and facilitated Backlog Grooming to capture requirement gaps, refine estimation and update User stories to avoid scope creep and optimize development & testing activities.
• Used PMP (Project Management Professionals) expertise and previous project experiences to successfully implement SDLC (Software Development Life cycle) processes in the project consisting of 45 members spread across three regions (US, Europe, and Asia Pacific). Identified and built Key Performance indicators to align team's performance with the goals and objectives of Project and thereby produced several successful deliveries resulting in a successful project and highly satisfied customer. Identified the key performance indicators (KPIs) to align the team with the project’s goals and objectives.
• Used Agile knowledge (PMI- ACP certified) and expertise to train the team members in Agile and introduce SCRUM methodology in one of the modules of the project. The implementation of SCRUM methodology and generation of monthly Sprints with reviews and retrospection led to several successful deliveries and avoided bottle necks, a large portion of scope creep and gold plating as well. This resulted in proving great value to the customer in short period of time.
