Skilled in full-cycle recruitment, variance and denial analysis, provider relations, and HR coordination across healthcare, administrative, and corporate environments.


 

Known for strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings. Experienced in Epic systems, payer portals, and candidate tracking tools, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless collaboration between teams.


 

In addition to corporate expertise, I bring an entrepreneurial mindset as the owner of multiple service-based businesses, allowing me to combine strategy, empathy, and efficiency in every professional role.
